Teen Challenge London is a Christian charity seeking to tackle the problem of addiction. We believe that transformation is possible for every individual and seek to share this hope with them. Having been established for over 25 years we have seen many lives transformed, finding freedom from addiction and a purpose for which to live.
Drayton Hall provides supported housing services for individuals who have a history of problematic substance misuse. We are seeking to add to our existing team and are eager to recruit a new Support Worker enabling us to strengthen and develop the service and provision for the residents at the centre.

Drayton Hall is a male residential centre located in the village of Drayton near to Norwich, Norfolk.
Job Title: Support Worker
Accountable to: The Centre Manager
Hours: Full time, on a shift pattern.
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum
Shift patterns will include a mixture of:
- Day – 7.00 – 17.00
- Late – 13.00 – 23.00
- Sleepover – 23.00 – 7.00 am (extra allowance paid)
General Support Worker Duties
- Assist and facilitate the general running of the daily programme, promoting participation and engagement.
- Ensure the best interests of the residents are supported by providing direct and practical help.
- Supervision of residents both onsite and offsite.
- Transportation of residents to appointments, activities, church and events.
- Liaise professionally with third parties and agencies.
- Dispense medication and keep accurate records.
- Awareness and commitment to maintaining Health and Safety standards.
