Rehabilitation centre based in Tennessee, USA, faces law suit

The mother of a 29 year woman is suing a rehabilitation centre in the US after her daughter died there.  She is accusing the centre of overcrowding and understaffing.

The young woman, Lindsey Poteet, died after less than a month in the centre.  Another family is also considering suing the centre.

Delay in treating Poteet and accusations of putting financial gain before the welfare of the residents are just some of the complaints coming out of this law suit.
