New report shows 30,000 men a year die needlessly from drug and alcohol abuse

The first European State of Men’s Health Report for the European Commission shows that British men are dying from alcohol and drug abuse.  And these deaths are seen as totally preventable.  With the correct rehab and education these deaths could be avoided.

The report also shows that men in the UK are not looking after themselves.  British men are the fattest in Europe.  The report says that 38% of men aged 25-34 in the UK were now obese.
