Lib Dems vote for drugs panel to revise drug laws in favour of rehabilitation

Members of the Liberal Democrats have voted to set up a panel to look at decriminalising all drugs and introducing a more preventative model.

Alongside decriminalisation they will look at a less controversial plan to make people convicted of drug possession go to a panel that would decide whether appropriate education or rehabilitation would be more applicable.
